Fleetfolio ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the Fleetfolio mobile application.
Fleetfolio is designed with privacy in mind. All data you enter — including vehicle details, maintenance records, fuel logs, modification records, photos, and reminders — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
Fleetfolio allows you to attach photos to your records. These photos are stored locally on your device within the app's data. We do not upload, access, or process your photos on any external server.
Fleetfolio does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date to ensure the best protection.
You can delete any individual record within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all associated data from your device.
Fleetfolio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
